The Power of Proximity: Anointed Ones
Being around high-performing people can increase your performance. Sitting next to a high performer boosts productivity by 15%, according to research from US business school, Kellogg, whilst being next to a low performer can decrease it by up to 30%.
People have and operate at different frequencies. Some are 30, 60, and 100 fold having a vibrational frequency range between 62–70 MHz according to Dr. Kez Chirolab.
A persons frequency determines their spirit wattage. Their light, their shine, their accomplishments.
Just being around a high performer increases the performance of others. It is called the Power of Proximity.
Have you ever seen someone start to elevate simply because a particular person is around? Have you ever experienced a boost of creativity, purpose and clarity when around certain people or in certain environments? Or have you seen a persons attitude and lot in life decrease simply because someone left or came in?
Energy is real and the right person in your life can improve your life and the wrong person can hinder it.
Yep, it is that serious.
In the Black Church World, we call this “anointing”. To be anointed means to be selected and sprinkled in some secret God sauce. Anointed people are recognized from across the room. It is just “something” about them.
Now, someone asked me if anointed people are more special?
We all have some degrees of anointing. Some have more than others. To make this easy to understand, think of any successful boy or girl band/group. They all can sing. They all can move. They all can entertain but there is always ONE that just steals the show. One everyone really came to see. One that everyone is trying to get close to.
That One is just a little brighter than the others.
That is no fault of anyone. It just is.
The problem comes in when envy and jealous sets in and others want to shine at a wattage that they just do not have. They start to mimic and imitate. Pick and pry and vex the spirit of the 100 fold, watt.
We have seen time and time again what happens when the “star” leaves the band, the group, the life, the company, the relationship, the business.
If you have a 100 watt frequency in your life who is sharing his or her shine/resources/anointing don’t compromise that. Do not allow them to leave the group. You want accomplish nearly as much or go nearly as far.
